The duo of Tiger and Charlie Woods finished runner-up in the event to Bernard and Jason Langer after Bernard hit an 18-foot eagle putt in a playoff. The younger Woods, who is entering his junior year of high school, qualified to compete in the U.S. Junior Amateur but missed the cut.
Charlie Woods falls back in final round of Junior PGA Championship
In the Girls Division, Californian Asterisk Talley shot a final-round 71 to finish at 12 under and win by one stroke over Zoe Cusack (70). Talley, 16, was the No. 14-ranked player in the World Amateur Golf Rankings going into the PGA Junior, and No. 2 in the AJGA Rankings. She was the runner-up in this year's Augusta National Women's Amateur.
