Isabelle “Izzy” Tate, who appeared in the pilot episode of 9-1-1: Nashville, has died. She was 23. She died peacefully on Oct. 19 after facing a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a neuromuscular disease, McCray Agency, which represented the Nashville native, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday.
In 2022, Tate opened up on social media about being diagnosed at age 13 with a "progressive neuromuscular disease."
Isabelle Tate's agency announced her death after noting that she had a "wonderful time" filming the new ABC drama.
