The Department of Homeland Security posted a video on its social media on Monday that showed a participant at a “No Kings” rally calling for the shooting of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

Social media users are calling for a federal investigation after a man believed to work for a community college called for ICE agents to be shot at a "No Kings" rally.

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Thousands of people gathered at the riverfront on Saturday as part of a nationwide "No Kings" protest. This was the second round of demonstrations against President Donald Trump and his administration's policies. The event, held at Smale Park, was organized as a peaceful protest, and no issues or problems were reported.

David Cox, 54, from Newark Valley, was arrested in Brooklyn after allegedly threatening to attack ICE agents with firebombs on the same day as nationwide protests.

The protests also drew the support of Ben Stiller (an avid basketball fan) who shared a photo of a child holding a sign that reads, “No Kings except for Jalen Brunson” — a reference to the star Knicks player. He wrote, “Love this #NoKingsOct18 .”

The scene outside the ICE facility took a darker turn as federal agents deployed tear gas on the crowd around 4:30 p.m. and detained at least one person over the course of the next hour.
