The Saints are taking their quarterback decision down to the wire, with coach Kellen Moore saying they want to continue the competition between Tyler Shough and Spencer Rattler through next week.

As New Orleans continues to trudge through their quarterback competition, Kellen Moore told Kay Adams last week that he was "close" to naming a starter ahead of preseason game No. 2. It doesn't sound like the first-year head coach saw enough on film, however, to make his decision.

The Browns and Colts have named their starting quarterbacks, so now the Saints are the only team in the NFL that hasn't.
