Does Oblivion Remastered topple the competition with its tougher RPG aspects and modern visuals? Or is Skyrim still the king of the open-world RPG?

For those that don’t know, The Elder Scrolls: IV Oblivion is set in Cyrodiil, which borders Skyrim, the setting of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Hence why you can see The Throat of the World at the edge of the Oblivion Remastered map, assuming you can climb high enough.

Bruce Nesmith, a former Oblivion developer for Bethesda, has commented on the return of the original RPG's level scaling system in the new remaster.
