A former Maryland Department of Health police captain has pleaded guilty to misconduct in office, after prosecutors said she attended university classes during her shifts.

BALTIMORE (WJZ) --Police in Baltimore County are looking for a 13-year-old Catonsville girl reported missing early Tuesday morning. Aaliyah McBride was last seen about 12:45 a.m., according to police.
