Woody Allen remembered his friend Diane Keaton in an essay published on Oct. 12, one day after her death was announced. Keaton died at age 79, her daughter, Dexter Keaton White, and the actor's producer, Dori Rath, told NBC News on Oct. 11. They both did not provide any details surrounding Keaton's death.
Longtime friend Carole Bayer Sager told People that when she saw Keaton recently, she was shocked by her appearance. “I saw her two or three weeks ago, and she was very thin,” the award-winning singer-songwriter said. “She had lost so much weight.”
Duane Allen Plant left us on December 30, 2024. He was born in Aurora, Illinois on February 18, 1948. Duane graduated from DeKalb High School in 1967 and enlisted in the United States Air Force where he received his Associates Equivalent Degree in Electronics.
Diane Keaton and Woody Allen, who most famously collaborated on 1977's 'Annie Hall,' remained close over the years, even after the child molestation accusations Allen faced from his daughter Dylan Farrow.
