Fans will get a behind-the-scenes look at where some of the world’s most famous puppet characters have been made.

It's the kind of place where anything is possible, like a talking tree puppet saying hello as you pass by. And that's how the folks at the Jim Henson Creature Shop in Long Island City, Queens like it.

The Long Island City-based character design studio on Northern Blvd. is opening its doors for tours every Saturday throughout the summer.
