As Sony raises the price of the PlayStation consoles, leading to a $900 PS5 Pro, Microsoft and Nintendo could also raise prices to combat disruptions.
The new price increase is substantially larger than previous ones, as the PS5 currently retails for $550 for a standard model with a disc drive, $500 for the Digital Edition, and $750 for the PS5 Pro.
Handheld gaming PCs are still far from cheap, but Amazon has already shaved something off one of the newer Xbox-branded options. The ASUS ROG Xbox Ally is down to $539.99 from $599.99, which knocks $60 off the list price, and beats the price we saw heading into the sale by $10.
