Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka is renowned for his blunt, direct style in interactions with his players, referees and the media. On Monday night, Udoka didn't hold back in his assessment of his team’s performance after a 124-118 loss at the New York Knicks.

With less than 10 seconds remaining, the Nets trailed by four at 97-93 and were taking the ball out on the sideline. After a bit of an issue getting the ball inbounds, Tosan Evbuomwan found Keon Johnson on the opposite wing for a quick 3-pointer that hit nothing but net and cut the deficit to one at 97-96.

The Brooklyn Nets will be facing the Houston Rockets, this time at home, for the second time in three days and they are more motivated since then.
