Michigan (20-6, 12-3 Big Ten), had a bit of a setback this week, dropping its only game of the week to rival Michigan State, 75-62, at home. Not only was the defeat the first at Crisler Center in May's career, it also included just the second technical foul of May's career and his first in the maize and blue.

The Spartans took the lead in the Big Ten, but Michigan made sure coach Dusty May won't be leaving anytime soon
