Camera Bartolotta is set to seek a fourth term this November representing Pennsylvania’s 46th Senate District. The Associated Press called the race for the incumbent just before midnight. With an estimated 98% of votes counted,
Half of the seats in the Pennsylvania Senate and the entire state House are on the ballot this year, and both chambers are considered to be flippable.
The Republican Primary for the 48th District Senate seat was a real battle. Incumbent Chris Gebhard fended off a challenge from horse trainer Clovis Crane. Gebhard defeated Crane 18,178 (66%) to 8,800 (32%) to advance to the general election.
