As the Raiders look for their next head coach, two candidates who have gained Tom Brady's respect have risen to the top.

Raiders owner Mark Davis said that adding Tom Brady as a minority owner brought a needed piece to the organization that has been missing since Jon Gruden resigned.

For some of those teams, that will involve finding new head coaches and/or General Managers. Three teams fired their head coaches during the season and two more have been dispatched as of 9 a.m. ET on January 6.
