Powerball winner just misses $59 million jackpot in California — but still wins big
A Powerball ticket sold in California won $18,461 but just missed the $59 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched four of five winning numbers and the Powerball in the drawing Monday, Jan. 27, the California Lottery said.
