A developer plans to rebuild at an under-construction Metro East apartment complex where a building was severely damaged in a fire overnight.

Mia Rose Holdings, the developer of the apartments Latitude-38 in Meridian Plaza, released a statement about a fire that engulfed one of the complexes under construction in Glen Carbon.  According to ...
