Hurricane Erin is expected to impact the Outer Banks in North Carolina, sending massive waves crashing into the islands.

Bismarck school leaders adopted a two-tiered school bus system in January. The new system will stagger pickup and start times for elementary and secondary students.

Lindsay Daeley, 39, of Minot, had outstanding warrants from June 18 for child abuse, child neglect and endangerment.

BPS, via Facebook, says the app is having connection issues between the buses’ GPS and the district’s routing system.
