Gavin Lux had a home run among his two hits and right-hander Brady Singer gave up one run on six hits over six innings as the Reds opened a key three-city, nine-game road trip with a 4-1 victory over the Angels on Monday at Angel Stadium.

Hays had started in each of the Reds' last three games, going 3-for-19 with three runs scored and two RBI.

The Milwaukee Brewers' magical win streak has come to an end, as the Cincinnati Reds walked off the Brewers in extra innings. Reds designated hitter Austin Hays hit right down the left field line to send TJ Friedl home for a walk-off in the 10th inning.
