Giants, Brian Daboll

The New York Giants were unable to seize momentum this past Sunday as they dropped a 33-32 road game to the Denver Broncos marked by a late defensive collapse including 33 points given up in the fourth quarter.
The latest example came in Sunday’s 33-32 loss to the Broncos, when the Giants squandered a 19-0 lead entering the fourth quarter. Despite the epic loss, Daboll can be seen attaching himself to young quarterback Jaxson Dart — and ESPN host Chris Carlin has an idea why.
Jaxson Dart scored a 1-yard rushing touchdown with 37 seconds remaining to go ahead, 32-30. But kicker Jude McAtamney’s second missed extra point left the door open for Denver.

They say you’re not supposed to throw stones if you live in glass houses, and the Eagles lost to both of these joker teams not long ago, but how can you not laugh at that meltdown? The Giants were up 19-0 to start the fourth quarter.
So as Jaxson Dart begins to settle into his rookie season with the Giants and the Jets undoubtedly begin the process of finding a new quarterback in the upcoming draft, both organizations must make an honest assessment of their head-coaching positions.
Brian Callahan had a 4-19 record as Tennessee’s head coach when the Titans fired him on Monday. Callahan was not alone owning such a horrendous .174 winning percentage these past two NFL seasons. He had company.
Brian Daboll would love to have Sean Payton's problems. “Mental errors, mistakes, snaps, wrong reads, you name it,” Payton rattled off Monday as the thrill of Denver's inconceivable 33-32 comeback against the New York Giants gave way to an agonizing film session littered with what-ifs.
