The Dallas Wings snapped a five-game losing streak on Tuesday, beating the Indiana Fever in a hard-fought 81-80 win. Paige Bueckers added 16 points and eight assists, although she was overshadowed by Maddy Siegrist's 22 points and Li Yueru's 20 points,
Former UConn Huskies guard Paige Bueckers has been on fire this season. While her Dallas Wings team has faced a lot of struggles this season, sitting at the bottom of the Western Confernce, with a 9-26 overall record, indivdually, the rookie has been having one of the best rookie seasons the WNBA has seen.
Bueckers broke the franchise rookie season record for assists with 143 and scored her 500th career point, but it wasn’t enough to beat Los Angeles.
