Nov 12, 2022 · I ordered Heart guard Plus and Nextgard for my dog from budget vet care. When I started to wonder why I hadn’t received it I tracked it and found it was coming from Shanghai.

Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews.

I then proceeded to report it to Care and never received a reply and upon chasing it up I still never received any sort of reply. This is appalling customer service and poor protection.
