A few weeks ago I went 9/9 in my second ever Powerlifting meet qualifying to compete at MA State Championships. I took first place in my division 💥 Squat 60kg *ATPR Bench 47.5kg *Meet PR Deadlift 107.5kg *ATPR Just three weeks before the competition I started training to squat after two years off bc of knee surgery. Just competing was the big win. Huge thanks to my coach and handler @dannie.lee.87_ 🤜🏼🤛🏼 I would have never gotten here without you. Thank you to @aopowerlifting for putting on
