Bitter leaf, biologically named vernonia amygdalina, is such a nutritionally rich leaf that not many of us knows how much beneficial it can be to our overall health and wellbeing. Even some of us that do eat it occasionally, eat it wrongly or in a way that majority of its nutritional contents has been eliminated.
