💙 A new heart. A new beginning. Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center recently performed its 600th heart transplant — a milestone nearly 40 years in the making. This achievement is a testament to the strength of our transplant program, the skill of our team, and the trust of patients like Paul Clifford of State College, who received a new heart just one day after his 51st birthday. Paul was discharged from Milton S. Hershey Medical Center with a surprise sendoff, as staff and membe
