🏀On March 12, 1985 Larry Bird scored a Celtics-record and career best 60 points as Boston beat the Atlanta Hawks 126-115 at the University of New Orleans' Lakefront Arena. Bird shot 22 for 36 (61.1%) from the floor and scored 32 of his 60 points over a 14-minute span in the 2nd half. Some of the best moments came from the reactions from the players on Atlanta’s bench during Bird’s scoring outburst. After the game Hawks superstar Dominique Wilkins said, “The way he was shooting the ball was like
