This young Coyote was on neighborhood rodent patrol and looking open irrigation in the 100° temperatures we’re still experiencing in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert. Coyotes and Bobcats thrive in our area because of our proximity to the 3 million acre National Forest and our abundance of Rabbits because of human irrigation.
