I had some of the best bites of pasta in my entire life! Eating at fileja was both a delicious and riveting experience. I enjoyed watching the chef meticulously craft each piece of pasta while also making sure that they were cooked perfectly al dente. It’s been a few months since my visit, but I still think about the pasta here.⁣ ⁣ The courses in their pasta omakase do change based on the season.
