Louisiana has opened a new ICE detention facility, “Camp 57,” on the grounds of the Louisiana State Penitentiary, an immense rural prison better known as Angola. It is located across from a lake "full of alligators" and surrounded by a "forest full of bears," Republican Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry, who the facility was named after, said Wednesday.
