Closing the Medicaid coverage gap is an urgent issue of health and racial equity. This fact is very clear: Expanding access to #Medicaid saves lives from cancer. Yet in 12 states, lawmakers continue to refuse to expand access to Medicaid for more than 2 million people who desperately need it. It’s just wrong that so many people are denied access to quality, affordable care—simply because of where they live. Together, we can call attention to this injustice and convince Congress to take action. h
