Karma (Class of 2017) learned at UWC ISAK Japan that leadership means acting even when it feels uncomfortable. During his time at ISAK, he co-founded Project Nepal, which remains active a decade later. One conversation with one of ISAK’s founders challenged him to think bigger about what “impact” looks like and pushed him to focus on long-term change back home.
