Today Adams County Emergency Services shared their appreciation of doctors, nurses and health care staff in Adams County and across the central Pennsylvania region for their efforts during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The show of appreciation included a parade at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital, with more than 30 emergency vehicles and volunteer teams and a donated catered meal courtesy of the first responders, local businesses and municipalities.
